A passion born from a quiet moment of self-discovery, I began crocheting after returning to the U.S. from serving in the Peace Corps. Taught by my grandmother, I first picked up the hook to repurpose old clothes into rugs — but when the world slowed down in 2020, crochet became something deeper - a way to quiet my thoughts and move through uncertainty one stitch at a time.What started as a mindful hobby grew into a healing practice, and eventually into a mission: to use crochet as a way to build community, spread joy, and create something meaningful — together.At Looped Roots, every piece is handmade with intention and love. We’re rooted in values of respect, giving, and community — and we believe that small acts of care can spark something much bigger.As part of that mission, Looped Roots is committed to giving back — with a portion of proceeds regularly donated to causes close to our hearts.
